As we head into the fall season, we have lots of exciting things happening at Larson Heights! November comes with weather changes and a crazy calendar/schedule! Thank you for your continued support as we work together to make our school a safe, welcoming, and successful place for every student.
🎃 Halloween Fun!
We will be having a Halloween Parade at school! Teachers will send home a friendly reminder about school-appropriate costumes. Please help us ensure costumes are safe, comfortable, and appropriate for an elementary school setting.
⏰ Daylight Savings Time
Remember to fall back! Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday, November 1. Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour.
👨👩👧👦 Parent-Teacher Conferences
Teachers will be contacting families to schedule Parent-Teacher Conferences for November 3–6. These conferences are a wonderful opportunity to discuss your child's progress and work together to support their success.
🇺🇸 Veterans Day Assembly
We are preparing for our Veterans Day Assembly on November 10 and would love to honor the veterans in our school community! If you or a family member is a veteran and would like to participate, please contact the school office.
No School Wednesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day.
